Message the two upper, upper control arm bolts together on the engine bay side. The 300 Degree Kit just gives you two loose bolts for replacement.

I looked at this a long time (at least 45 seconds, lolam) to make sure in my mind that this was not a compromise on the strength of the mod. The only problem I could foresee would be on the body sheet metal itself, where the bolts poke thru. But I've decided that's a non-issue, based on the total absence of failures reported for the kit. I think the shim itself more than makes up for the bracket. Clear as mud?
